Goat yoga is going to be a new experience for sure! We suggest you approach this

experience with a open mind and open heart, goats are playful, joyful little creatures

who are naturally curious. They are also agile and well known for their ability to climb

and balance in precarious places. This my friends is why goat yoga will one of the best

experiences you’ll ever have, and one you will talk about for years to come! This takes

place outside in a field setting, so do protect yourself with sunscreen if you are easily

prone to sunburn. We have had a few calls as to whether you can come join in with the

class if you have never taken a yoga class. The answer is yes, you are welcome to come,

relax on a mat, meditate or just enjoy the atmosphere and the love of the goats,

however, you must book the class as if you were fully participating. All levels are

welcome from beginners, intermediate to advanced. You are here for not only a

workout, but for the casual farm/barnyard atmosphere, the fun factor, enjoyment and

entertainment of the animals. We have bucks (wethers) bucklings (also wethers) does

and doelings. Don’t be surprised if the resident Pot Belly Pig Emalie stops by for a belly

rub, she is known to do so, she is very sweet, she will allow you to rub as long as you

wish, and then she will go on her merry way. An occasional inquisitive hen may peek in

to see what is going on, but they are so busy don’t expect them to stay. Being around

farm animals is therapeutic and is a known stress reliever. Everyday in the barnyard

with our furry and feathered friends is happy hour! You’ll be addicted too!
